We provide a one-year warranty on the imaet hardware and software. If your system includes a laptop or tablet, please note that these devices are covered directly by the manufacturer’s one-year warranty, not by imaet or it's parent company, BioGen Technologies, Inc.

We only provide IT support for the imaet hardware and software program. We do not provide IT support for issues with the laptop or tablet provided - these issues should be handled by your network administrator, IT Professional, or the manufacturer themselves. If replacement of the laptop or tablet is required, a transfer of the software and all client data is provided. A service fee may apply if outside the warranty period.
